What does it cost to sell to you?
Nothing to arrange a viewing and nothing to receive an offer. There is no obligation at any point.
How quickly can you complete?
We work to the date that suits you, but we can close as quickly as 56 days. Some sellers want it done as quickly as possible, others need time to organise the move. Either way, we agree the date up front and stick to it.
Do I need to fix the property first?
No. We buy houses in any condition, including properties that need major work. You do not need to decorate, clear or repair anything.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly the West Midlands, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, though we buy across England. Wherever you are and wherever your property you are selling is, book a consultation call.
Will you pay full market value for my house?
Not always, and we will be upfront about that. A quick cash sale is usually below full market value, but it is not the only option. Depending on your circumstances, there may be other ways we can buy that get you closer to the price you need. We talk it through on the call so you can decide what works for you.
Can you buy a house with tenants in it, or with mortgage arrears?
Yes. We buy tenanted properties with the tenants in place, and we can help if you are behind on your mortgage or facing repossession. The sooner you speak to us, the more options there usually are.
